Good things: Room size is big. Has heritage value. Bad things: Upkeep is terrible. Everything from furniture to door & windows are aging and rotting. Bad smell in the room. All linen and appliances are old and in bad condition. Toiletries and tea coffee supplies are third grade. Service is poor. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel. The restaurant at lobby level is run by separate management so you have to pay in cash. The ala-carte food is tasty. Can’t say the same about buffet. They do not serve complimentary breakfast to individual guests. It’s only for big groups.

I had stayed at this hotel for one night, in September 2019, and got a deal at Rs.2300/-. Location is good, just off Race Course Road, near city centre. The building is old style. Rooms are large , bathroom is reasonably large, but fittings and furnishings are a bit dated, Breakfast was included, it is very basic, but adequate. The Restaurant has a varied menu, food is good.There is a parking area, so if you are motoring to Bangalore, this hotel is a good option.There is one lift rather small. TV in the room had a very limited fare, mostly local , free to air, channels.

Rooms are like old age homes and that costs 3000rs/night. Breakfast is horrible only 4 dishes to eat!!!! Come on Reception says, thats a 3 star hotel. Funny! Please dont prefer this hotel . Hotel needs renovation and modern touch

I visited with friends and family last month. Food facility is available. Staff is good. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Transport facility also available. Wifi facility is there. I will prefer this when i visit in future.

Had a business meeting here over dinner. Okayish food. Service is good. The food really needs to taste better. Especially the subzis. Nonetheless, would recommend the hotel for business stays and meetings.
